Looking over the numerical information that which I have gathered through the use of qualitative research. I can see clearly that Benh Zeitlin would not be a suitable candidate to review on my blog as it is clear to see that not many people are aware of his short films. Whereas with Martin McDonagh, Michel Gondry and Sofia Coppola I can see that they have a larger number of people who are aware of their short film work and the industry. Due to having higher representation through the use of Facebook it could allow the short films to potentially get more views. I also noticed as an overall disadvantage would be that none of the above have their own YouTube Channel so I was unable to analyse the amount of YouTube subscribers. As Sofia has the most Facebook likes I feel as if she would be the most popular and I feel she is an idea producer for me to discuss on my blog for the following reasons; I can see she associates with more than one genre which appeals to me as well as it would be popular with the demographic of my blog. This would be due to having the knowledge of creating more than one specific genre film. Her videos are available to watch on Facebook which allows all followers of hers to be able to watch them. Which estimated due to her likes would be around 70,000+. With the help of research, this can help with the short film production as well as gathering the information which is needed to help provide the valid and reliable information which could potentially support your point and what your short film is based on.
